Lunch at the orphanage

Pastor Daniel Paul's wife Clinie fixes us some wonderful Haitian specialties for lunch. Today we had a corn dish that looked like polenta.  You cover that with a sauce made with black beans. Then we had a beef eggplant stewed mixture.
